Daylight Savings Time and Your Child’s Sleep

Twice a year, parents ask me about daylight savings time:

Because bedtime relies on parental timing of active/quiet time, bathing, and dinner (and these parental cues are adjusted to the new clock time), then we can disregard the change in clock time.

If 6:30 PM was the right bedtime for your child yesterday, then 6:30 is the right bedtime for your child tonight.
Have a great Sunday!
